Reservation Procedure

  1. Please fill in the reservation form and press the submit button

    • either view the properties and provide us with your choices (use property reference numbers) or

    • leave the suggestion of properties to us

    • if you are having trouble with the form please email us directly to us.

    Please ensure that your return email address is correct - the best way of checking this is by sending an email message to yourself. If the address in incorrect you will receive system notification message to that effect.

    If you travel with children we need to know their ages as the rate and maximum number of people allowed in apartments depends on it.

    Please note that this form needs only to be submitted once. All subsequent correspondence should be carried out by ordinary email by clicking on the Return Email button/menu in your email programme. This will preserve the Subject Line text and help in our correspondence with you.
     

  2. We will respond, usually within 24 hours, with availability and rates (including any specials available at the time).
    If you do not hear from us within 24 hours it may be that your return email address was incorrect and you may need to resend it or call us firectly.
     

  3. After receiving your advice that you wish to proceed with a reservation, we'll revert with Request For Deposit email. At this stage we will guarantee the property for you for 24 hours (unless advised/agreed otherwise). If you are going to be late with the deposit please advise us a.s.a.p. and check availability before sending any money (or credit card details).

  4. Once deposit is received (either direct bank transfer to our account or credit card authorisation), an official reservation confirmation will be sent to you, as well as a detailed check-in procedure. Please note that the on-line credit card authorisation form is not a payment - we still have to physically process the payment.

Throughout the the entire reservation process Accommodek staff will be on hand to answer your questions
