assurance do I have as to the security of the credit card
details sent?

Security of data
over the internet is still not a well understood area. How much
security is enough? We offer secure server credit card payments and
it is as secure as it gets. If you trust the fax more please use it. |

sent an accommodation enquiry and did not receive an answer.

Sometimes we may
be the guilty party by 'overlooking' or 'losing' the message but
more often than not, it is your return email address which is wrong.
So please, check your return email address very carefully. If you
are not getting a quick response please send us a remainder. |

accommodation contact details.

business model, based on experience, demands that we do it in that
order. You have nothing to fear. We have been in this business on
the Web since 1997 and have all the intentions and the means to stay

the bed linen and towels provided in apartments?

Yes, of
course. Even if the detail description does not explicitly
mentions this, all our accommodation comes with all bed linen and
towels. |

No. Phone usage
usually is charged per use, except when it is specifically mentioned
