Terms

Furnished apartments
Fully furnished. Bed linen and towels supplied but not changed. Depending on quote, guests either get a fresh change supplied weekly (usually for stays up to 6 weeks) or you may be responsible for washing and changing (usually longer stays). Guests are responsible for keeping the apartment clean
Serviced apartments
Fully furnished and serviced weekly (linen/towel change) + clean.
If required, additional servicing can be provided.
Supplies
Selection of tea's, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, salt, pepper etc.
 

Reservation And Cancellation Conditions

Deposit Payments

Group 1: Apartment Hotels and Hotels
  • Deposit of approximately one day's rate (or as requested) is required at the time of booking.
  • Large group bookings (3 or more apartments/rooms): 20% of booking value required upon reservation and further 30% not less than 90 days before arrival.

Group 2: Private Apartments 

  • Generally, deposit of 15-20% required at the time of booking. During high season, Xmas/New Year or special events the required prepayment may be set up to 50%.
  • Balance (or any amount as advised by us) is payable on check-in  (cash, credit card or bank cheque). It can also be prepaid by direct bank transfer into our account.
  • Credit card payments (except for the deposit) will attract an additional charge of 4%.

 

 

Changes & Cancellations

Group 1: Apartment Hotels and Hotels
If not stipulated otherwise during reservation, the following cancellation or change fees will apply.
  • 7 days or less prior to arrival - full deposit/authorisation amount.
  • More than 7 days before arrival - up to 1st day's charge 
  • No show - full deposit/authorisation amount.
  • Xmas/New year and special events bookings: Up to 2 days or 20% of the booking value is charged for cancellations made more than 2 months after reservation
  • Large group bookings (3 or more apartments/rooms):
    • Up to 90 days before arrival - either A$100 or 1st day's charge  (whichever is the smaller)
    • Less than 90 days before arrival - whole of deposit/authorisation amount
Group 2: Private Apartments 
  • More than 90 days before arrival  - A$100.00
  • 90-30 days prior - up to 1st day's charge
  • Less than 30 days prior  -  if the apartment is re-let, the charge for the unused portion of the rental will be the difference between the standard rental rate minus money received from re-letting minus $100.00 admin fee. The maximum liability is the deposit value or the authorisation amount.
  • Confirmation of arrival must be made no later than 2 weeks before the arrival date.

The above may be varied for reservations during high demand periods like Xmas/New Year, Easter, School Holidays and other special events. This will be stipulated during the reservation.
